Mendota Double Braid Collar - Black Metallic

Bought my lab one of these collars. We loved it so much we bought a second one. This is the only collar we have found that can keep up with Ruthie!!!

As much as I love this product I was disappointed in the colour Kelly Green. The website looks a bit blueish and the actual Martingale Style Leash is green. Like Christmas green. Even my up loaded picture doesn’t really show true colour. Oh well at least I will know which one is mine 🤷‍♀️

Collar started to fray after 2 days

I was interested to see how these hold up with my Vizslas. I bought a few. My young 5mo old puppy’s is holding up fairly well so far. But, my older boy’s is already fraying and threads yanked out in just a few days of wearing.

We’ve tried other leashes collars and harnesses but these are without question the finest

This is my 3rd Dog Collar, I just love this dog collar & there’s no holes! You can use it on multiple dogs!

I love the Mendota braided collar. It’s perfect for a growing puppy because the collar has no rivets making it so you can adjust the collar to fit perfectly The color is vibrant and the buckle is sturdy. I have a 100 pound 10 month old Bernese mountain dog and it fits great. I also have one for my 5 year old dog. I highly recommend this product.

Very nice looking and sturdy collar. The reflective strip really catches the light. Leo loves it!

With the braided fabric, there are no separate holes for the buckle prong, which is nice. My only concern is the possibility of breaking one of the thick threads. Probably not, though. I like it!

This is the second collar from Mendota. I use them for table training my English Pointer. The collars seem to be comfortable for the dog so they can focus on the training session. The collars are well constructed and easy to deploy.

These are the best product by far. The collars are really nice and soft, and the leashes are great too.

I use this one my dog training table. The dogs are not concerned with pain in their necks. Training sessions are enjoyable by me and my pups. I think the quality of this collar will last me through a whole pack of dogs.

The braid allows the collar to be totally adjusted to fit our dogs. The only down side the collar can get pullies if caught on their toenails if scratching.

I’m having a really hard time getting the buckle stem through the mesh. I can tell that it’s a very well-made collar. Maybe my hands are just not strong enough.

I love these collars because of the ability to easily poke a hole anywhere and it’ll fit perfectly. We got one for my dog when she was a puppy, and it grew with her. We could adjust as needed and not worry about the pre-drilled holes being too big or small.
